What steps do I take if I need to change my trip dates or other details?

If you have made changes to your travel plan and you need to make adjustments to your travel insurance you can do so by emailing [e-mail]. Explain the alterations that you need to make, and you should include the following:

• your certificate number (found on your ID card),
• your first and last name, and
• date of birth
• if applicable, plan changes: trip cost, trip dates, destinations.
